I don’t have a car, can you believe that? I do. I’m riding my bike… and it’s the best way I have found to take a stand against pollution.

The only problem is when you don’t have a car you cannot easily visit friends or go to shows out of town. Wouldn’t it be great to be able to hop trains and to go wherever we want? We would all be hobos hitching free rides from place to place… and it would be a good way to meet new friends too.

I took this shot a long time ago, I think it was in 2000. It was at Bloomington, IN for the Bloomington fest. There were great bands there: early day miners, low, casket lottery, cursive, bevel, panoply academy-legionnaires, Julie Doiron, Shannon Wright…

I should go back to B-town, I like this place a lot. I need to take some days off… this is an EMERGENCY.

We’re back. I met some gr8 people in the last 2 weeks. I can’t wait to put on a serious tour … not that this one was not important but I just want the next one to be bigger… I really don’t know how I will manage that with my work but I’ll definitely find a solution because touring is so fucking amazing… and if it doesn’t work, I will just quit my job… whatever!

Oh yeah, we opened for ‘the thrill’, I cannot believe we actually did that ! I forgot my camera so I don’t have any pictures except the one my friend Derek sent me.

Tomorrow I’m gonna go to work after 11 days off, yuck!
